If you are not entirely happy with the quality of your purchase you may return the tiles for a complete refund. You will understandably be responsible for the carriage costs for this exercise.
if you have any tiles left over at the completion of the project, you may within fourteen days of purchase return any tiles. providing the tiles are still fit for resale we will fully refund the cost of the tiles.

Carriage. (large quanities or far locations)
All carriage charges are based on a maximum of one palett of tiles to mainland Uk. This does not include the far north of scotland , ireland and islands off the Uk coast. A price will be given for these areas individually. As all customers who live in this area know the cost of carriage greatly increases to these areas. A palett of tiles normally means 40m2 and heavier products such as granite will mean multiple paletts.
