If you have tiles over then time is of the essence to return them so that we are in a position to re-sell them in the same batches.
Our stock turnover is very high so any tiles over one month from supply will probably have been replaced and we will be unable to accept the return. In excess of the period we will check the stocks and if we have the same batch and are in a position to re-sell them then we will.
Any non stock items imported specifically for the client cannot be returned if over ordered as we will be unable to re-sell them.
All items returned must be in exactly the same condition as sold and in a re-saleable condition. The Industry standard of 25% may be levied as a handling and re-stocking charge.
Sample tiles can not be returned.
Single tiles will not be accepted for refund. Tiles have to be fully boxed & un opened
Where the products are faulty or damaged on arrival you can exchange or return those items in the following ways:-
If exchanging a faulty or damaged item via a courier, you must contact us via e-mail within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. Your faulty / damaged item must be returned via previously agreed courier for which we will refund you for on receipt of goods and proof of cost.
